West Hills Golf Community

The overall master plan is the development direction Hill Bros. follows.  Rest assured knowing the future plans of your community.

West Hills – Residential

The West Hills development includes luxury townhomes on Camden Lane, semi-detached and garden homes on Bobak Place and single family homes on Stonehill Lane.  All residents of West Hills receive benefits at West Hills Golf Club including discounts and preferred tee times.

Garden and Semi-detached Homes

These homes are located on Bobak Place.  Living area is 1,625 sq. ft. and are designed in accordance with the R-2000 Standard.  A snow & grass maintenance package is included at $130 per month plus HST.    

Camden Lane Townhomes

Condominium Association #677548 manages the townhomes.  The Association is well funded and statements are available upon request.  Please visit Camden Lane for actual suite layout or call our office at 506-450-3344 for an appointment.  Alternatively, you may contact Jack Jardine at Exit Realty.

West Hill Phase V

New for 2019 this development consists of single-family homes.  Stonehill Lane is fully accessible to West Hills Golf Club via a dedicated trail system.  All properties are protected by Restrictive Covenants.  Lot sizes vary with several located directly on hole #1.
